  • Kamino Running Co. offers a 12 week running training plan with running paces, distances, and routines to hit your goal. 

  • Firstly, our team will contact you via Phone/Video call (30 - 45 minute) and do a preliminary consultation. We will be able to better understand your background/experience with Running.

  • Following the first meeting, the coach will be in contact biweekly (via email) to outline your tailored plan, plus some essential running resources to make your training a success. 

  • Our team will schedule a monthly check in to ensure your plan is going smoothly.
