Kamino’s Social Runs are one hour of collective strides, socializing, and running for runners of all ages and paces.

Kamino Group workouts, twice a week, include interval training, tempo runs, and hill repeats to build you as a dynamic, versatile runner.

Kamino’s Coaching can help offer tips, stride/strike analysis, plans, and other recommendations to improve your running.

Kamino is a local Coquitlam based business with a purpose to provide opportunities for runners to run together. Kamino was founded in November 2023 by Daniel Simpson. The company was established to fill the gap for servicing runners in the local area.
Daniel noticed a lack of community running in Coquitlam, and he wanted to create that very community. Kamino’s name is based on the very street where Daniel grew up, El Camino Drive, which means "The Way" in Spanish. The street was where his passion for running began, and now Kamino has a community of runners united under a common goal.
